I really want to do my topic on nursing because that is what I am majoring in; however for back ups I think it would be cool if I could do the history on the "RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS!" I really like this group and I thought I could expand on my knowledge about them. Another one that would be a topic would be a specific art type and expand on its history but this would be my last resort.

Your research paper is going to be argumentative in nature, so what I would do on Monday is to do some research in the nursing field and see what kinds of issues that academic field is exploring. If you decide you want to do a project on the Red Hot Chili Peppers then try to find some other scholarly articles about music groups and see what kinds of papers scholars in the field are writing. Look for what kinds of questions/arguments come up in those papers. Good luck!
